"I’ve been around this work long enough to know— it only works when it’s taught as a system. That’s what we do here."
- Michelle Fama, Founder, Core Pilates NYC

If you’re here, you’re not just curious—you’re ready.
And like previous graduates, you’re ready to understand the work beyond your own body.
Ready to develop the eye, the language, and the confidence to teach.

You’re not here to memorize exercises. You want to understand the system: the why behind every movement, the structure that makes it work, and the skill required to bring it to life for real people.
Ready to be a teacher?
There’s a moment when the work shifts— when you stop just doing Pilates, and start seeing it. You begin to understand what each exercise is asking for. You start to recognize patterns in the body. You learn how to guide, adjust, and communicate with clarity. This is where that happens. You’ll be in the room. Teaching. Watching. Being coached in real time along with your community of apprentices. Not just learning the method— but learning how to deliver it, adapt it, and stand behind it. Because becoming a teacher isn’t about memorizing exercises. It’s about learning to see, to respond, and to lead. If you’re ready for that, you’re ready for this.
