What Happens Next

Once your enrollment is complete, you’ll have immediate access to your online course portal. This will be your home base throughout your apprenticeship, where you’ll find your curriculum, manuals, resources, and course materials.

Before orientation, we encourage you to:

Complete any remaining prerequisites.
Enrolled apprentices receive discounted prerequisite sessions and classes at Core Pilates NYC, or you’re welcome to complete them at another Classical Pilates studio.

Begin exploring the curriculum.
Take your time getting familiar with the structure, videos, manuals, and exercise orders. There’s no expectation to master everything before we meet—simply begin immersing yourself in the work.

At Orientation, we’ll officially begin your six-month apprenticeship together and guide you through selecting the Ongoing Training Membership that best fits your schedule.

Tuition Payment

Comprehensive Program Pay in Full: $6,095

Save $300 on tuition and receive two complimentary private training sessions during your apprenticeship—a $250 value.

Comprehensive Program Payment Plan: $6,395.

Initial payment of $2,395; $2,000 in 30 days; $2,000 in 60 days.

Workstudy Position: Desk Supervisor: $3,595

Workstudy Position: Desk Support: $4,845

Before You Enroll

We’re excited to welcome you into the Comprehensive Apprenticeship program.
Before we reserve your place, please take a moment to review and acknowledge the commitments below.

- Your enrollment immediately reserves one of a limited number of places in this training program.

- Faculty scheduling, course preparation, manuals, onboarding, and online learning access begin well before the program starts.

- You have read and understand the Cancellation & Refund Policy. 30 days or more before the program begins: 50% tuition refund, less the $100 administrative fee and any payment processing fees. Within 30 days of the program start date and after the program begins: Tuition is non-refundable.
- Work-study awards, tuition reductions, scholarships, promotional pricing, or other tuition adjustments do not alter the Cancellation & Refund Policy unless expressly stated in writing.

- Requests to defer enrollment to a future cohort may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
- Access to the online learning platform and course materials begins immediately upon enrollment.
- By proceeding to payment, you are entering into an Enrollment Agreement with Core Pilates NYC.
