We are so thrilled to announce our October Client of the Month Julia Larmore!!

Julia has been coming to CORE since August 2018, when she didn’t know a thing about Pilates. Now she has logged over 110 visits to the studio in a combination of classes and privates and has improved so much!!

We asked Julia a few questions about her Pilates practice:

Why did you start taking Pilates?

I started taking Pilates because I wanted to strengthen my core and improve my balance.

What’s your favorite Pilates class at Core?

My favorite class is definitely Core Tower. I’m also always excited to see work on the Chair during a private session, and I would like to work up to taking a full Chair class!

What are some of the benefits you’ve seen from your classes at Core?

The first benefit is that I’ve found a form of exercise that I truly love! I’ve also learned how to connect my mind and my body in a way I never did before. For instance, before taking Pilates I never understood how I could “knit my rib cage together” but now I follow the cue instinctively during class.
