We Are Contactless, How Will I Book?

Booking, reserving, canceling and purchasing will be conducted primarily online as well as through our Core Pilates NYC app, creating a touch-free system. Our team is always available for you by phone, and email. The more you can manage online – the more time we will have to tend to your physical needs within our four walls.

Also we have a new waiver that must be filled out. When you login to your Mindbody portal (can’t use the app) it will automatically prompt you to it! Easy… But please go to this LINK.

When Should I Arrive?

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled session time. We have a new staggered schedule to accommodate comings and goings and limit the total number of people in the studio to keep everybody distant and safe.

What Can I Expect When I Arrive?

A few new steps you must adhere to before hitting your Reformer:

  1. If you are arriving at 7am or after 5pm you will need to use our building buzzer to get access inside. Follow the prompts on the machine to the right of our building door. Scroll to find Core Pilates NYC (alphabetically) and hit dial button. We will answer and buzz you in!
  2. Place your shoes in the client cubby in our hallway.
  3. Upon entering the studio we have a new intake and hygiene station.
  4. Sanitize your hands! There is a touchless hand sanitizer dispenser located at this station (and throughout the studio).
  5. You must fill out the Covid 19 Health Declaration either using our electronic submission or being contact-less and using your mobile phone to https://corepilatesnyc.com/cpnyc-health-questionnaire/.  This step is mandatory for EACH visit.
  6. A mask must be worn at all times within the studio. Bandanas, buffs, and gaiters are not ruled acceptable face coverings for use in gyms and fitness centers according to state guidelines. We have masks available also.

What Will I Do With My Belongings/Apparel?

Please come dressed in your workout clothes. Dressing room is closed until further notice. Or you may choose to use our bathroom facility in our hallway which is sanitized twice a day by building management.

Socks are required for all in-person sessions. Grippy socks are available for purchase in-studio.

Bring your own water bottle! Our water cooler is available but cups are not.

What Can I Expect During My Workout?

We’ve rearranged the Reformers and Towers so they are positioned 6ft apart to ensure you can maintain 6 feet of separation between you and other clients.

No mats will be available. Feel free to bring your own to place on top of the Tower mats (if training on the Tower).

Props are temporarily limited to be used only for private sessions.

Instructors are required to wear masks at all times and will give verbal cues during training

No mats will be used during class. But you may bring in your own to place on top of the Tower unit (if training on the Tower).

Instructors will give verbal cues during training, rather than making corrections with physical contact. Don’t worry… they are pro’s at this!

What Can I Expect After My Workout?

Sanitize your equipment using our EPA registered antiviral/antibacterial wipes located throughout the dispensers on the studio floor.

Our team and staff will double back to thoroughly clean equipment that were in use.

Please be mindful when departing the studio to remain 6 feet apart from others and grab a bathroom key to go wash your hands!

Please no lingering the studio… so we can safely let the next few people into the studio.
