    Join us live in studio for 2 weekends where you will learn to teach all the traditional Mat exercises, the classical orders, purpose, and progressions—and detailed video tutorials within your digital platform that guides you through the live training as well.

Cancellation and Deferment

We adhere to a strict cancellation policy on all our live and online courses. 

If you cancel this course 30 days prior to the start date, your payment will be refunded less $100 admin fee and any banking transaction/processing fees incurred. 

If you cancel within 30 days of the course start date, 50% will be refunded less $100 admin fee and any banking transaction/processing fees incurred.

Once course begins absolutely no refunds will be issued.

Core Pilates NYC Teacher Training Participation Agreement

Welcome to the Core Pilates NYC™️ Teacher Training Program (“Program”); we are thrilled to be able to work with you. This Participation Agreement governs all participants who enroll in the Core Pilates NYC™️ Teacher Training Programs.

As a condition of your participation in the Program, you agree to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this Agreement.

Overview

The terms “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Core Pilates NYC, Inc. The term “Participant”, “user,” “you” and “your” refers to the participant enrolled in the Program/Course. The terms “Service” and “Program” refers to the services included in Core Pilates NYC Teacher Training Courses.

1. Nature of the Programs

(a) In Person - The Program includes:

  • Online access to instructional videos and resources
  • Live group instruction at the NYC Studio
  • Access to the studio for practice at designated times*

*Only accessible while you're a current program member.

(b) Virtual - Includes access to resources for 12 months, renewable via subscription.

2. Program Acceptance and Certification Disclaimer

(a) Acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions: Participants must sign and accept all policies and time commitments.

(b) Limitation of Liability: Core Pilates NYC is not liable for injuries or damages. Participants must disclose physical limitations.

(c) Modifications and Accessibility: Reasonable modifications may be discussed if necessary.

3. Payment

  • (a) Program fees payable as lump sum or monthly.
  • (b) Declined payments result in suspension.
  • (c) Continued non-payment results in collections.
  • (d) Credit card usage and chargeback policy.
  • (e) Participation success depends on your own effort.
  • (f) Keep membership login secure and confidential.

4. Term

This Agreement lasts 24 months from first payment.

5. Cancellation, Refunds

  • Cancel ≥30 days before start: refund minus $100 & transaction fees.
  • Cancel <30 days: 50% refund minus $100 & transaction fees.
  • No refunds after course start.

6. Request for Deferment

Must be submitted in writing with valid reasons. Limited to 6 months or 1 training cycle. Rebooking fee of $200 may apply. Benefits suspended during deferment.

7. No Guarantees

Program outcomes are not guaranteed. Success depends on participant effort.

8. Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement

All shared information is confidential. No derogatory statements about the Company allowed.

9. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Program content is proprietary and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.

10. Representations and Warranties

  • Company: Provides professional and competent services.
  • Participant: Must have proper authority and permissions.
  • General: No implied warranties beyond stated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Participant releases Core Pilates NYC from liability for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the Program.

12. Disclaimer

Company is not responsible for outcomes, injuries, or property damage. All participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify Core Pilates NYC against injury or liability arising from program activities.

14. Entire Agreement; Modification; Waiver

This Agreement is the full and final understanding between the parties. No changes unless in writing and signed.

15. Assignment

Participant cannot transfer rights under this Agreement without consent.

16. Governing Law; Venue; Mediation

Governed by New York law. Disputes may require mediation before legal action.

17. Recovery of Litigation Expenses

Prevailing party in any legal action is entitled to attorney’s fees and costs.

18. Severability

If any part of the Agreement is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

19. Force Majeure

Company not liable for delays or nonperformance due to events beyond its control.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you certify that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to the above mentioned terms.
