Love the mornings?
With our addition of Tuesdays at 7am and Thursdays at 8am, you can now finish your workout before 9am five days a week!
Feeling pressed for time?
We’ve added three express workouts, so you can get the Classical Pilates you love in just 30 minutes. Mondays at 12:30pm, Tuesdays at 6:15pm, and Thursdays at 8am.
Want more variety?
You can now add even more Strength to your workouts with Tuesday 10am Pilates + Lower Body, Tuesday 4pm Pilates + Upper Body, and Sunday 12:30pm Pilates + Upper Body. Or you can pump up your heart rate with the BRAND NEW Pilates Sprint, which introduces mini-sprints between Pilates sets.
Strictly the Classics? We’ve got plenty of that too. Classic Mat, Intermediate Classic Mat, Advanced Classic Mat, Reformer on the Mat, and props infused class with Magic Circle, Roller, or You Choose!
