A minimum of 1 year teaching experience in the fitness industry or certification in Pilates, personal training or group fitness A minimum of 10 private, semi private, or Pilates mat classes. It is strongly suggested, but not required, that you complete CPNYC’s Mat Training Course, or level modules prior to taking any course within The Equipment Training Series.
