The Intermediate System Course is the second in a series of 3 modules that can be completed without the stringent time and apprenticeship requirements of a Comprehensive Training Course. The Intermediate System Course builds upon the principles, technique and anatomical foundations learned in the Beginner System Course while presenting the classical intermediate level exercise system on the mat and apparatus.
