I’m a die hard Pilates classicist? How does it differ?

Our Pilates Interval Circuit Class incorporates the classical exercises like the Hundred, Pull Ups on the Chair, Elephant on the Reformer and more but doesn’t follow the classical order that you would adhere to a traditional Pilates session or class.

 

How Many Pilates Circuit Classes are there in NYC?

Each Pilates studio has its own unique way of running a circuit class. They have been on the rise though. Our class focuses on timed intervals of bursts of high intensity muscle burn for all major muscle groups.
