Successful completion of CPNYC’s Beginner and Intermediate System Courses or completed a Comprehensive Training Course elsewhere.
If you have been certified or have taken a beginner or intermediate level equivalent course at another training center you will need to submit documentation of your successful completion.
Have completed a minimum of 10 private and at least 15 semi-private sessions at Core Pilates NYC. If you complete your sessions elsewhere, you will need to submit a log of sessions and letter of recommendation from that studio. A practical evaluation may be required.

For students who have taken CPNYC’s Beginner and Intermediate System Courses, the Advanced System Course rounds out the education by offering Advanced Reformer and Mat while emphasizing the Method’s integration, flow, dynamism and choreography. Awareness of the fundamentals of anatomy is refined through Core Pilates NYC Anatomy in Clay® workshop: An Eye to Alignment – Building the Deep Frontal Line and Functional Line. You will also learn how to work with clients who have special conditions including pregnancy, osteoporosis, knee injury, neck injury and other special cases.
