“If you are new to Pilates, I will happily introduce you to muscles you never knew you had.”
Athletes looking to cross-train
People who sit at desks
The discoveries and breakthroughs I make in my own body fuel my enthusiasm for Pilates, so I practice the method regularly. I attend workshops to advance my knowledge of Pilates, anatomy, and the specific needs of my clients continually. So many of us spend our days slouching over our phones or slumped at our desks. I focus on strengthening the upper back muscles and opening the chest as an antidote to this ubiquitous, contemporary posture. If you are new to Pilates, I will happily introduce you to muscles you never knew you had. If you have more experience, I will show you how to squeeze every last drop out of familiar exercises. The progress we make in the studio follows you out into the real world. I’m here to guide and empower you to make significant changes that you’ll notice every day. It’s not only about looking good. Pilates is about feeling good in your body for the rest of your life.
I’m an artist and a perfectionist, so my eye is sharp and details matter to me. I love to show people how one subtle shift can make an exercise so much harder, so much more effective.
The magic sensation you feel after a great Pilates session — your whole body is humming, your mind is clear, you feel strong, stretched, accomplished — that’s what I want every client to feel after spending an hour with me.
