Kelli began studying dance at the age of five and encountered Pilates in college as a way of recovering from her many dance related injuries. A native of Colorado, Kelli moved to New York to pursue her love of acting. As an actor she also studied other various movement, body awareness techniques, including yoga. She continues to practice yoga on a regular basis.  After many years as an avid runner she has enjoyed the thrill of crossing the finish lines of many marathons and half marathons. Pilates contributes immensely in helping her to keep her active lifestyle.  Kelli’s personal experience with both injury and recovery has been beneficial to her in her ability to relate to the needs of many of her clients. Kelli has experience training pre & post natal clients, clients with injuries and clients that just want a really great work out.
