I make my own Pilates practice a priority and believe that’s the biggest contributor to my teaching flourishing. Expect to experience firsthand a contagious love of Pilates from me. I have abundant enthusiasm and respect for classical Pilates and while I aim to be a stickler and catch little imperfections in technique, I also want to give your body a thorough, hour long workout as well.
I lead with a strong technical training and passion for movement, followed closely by my deep love of people, laugher, and providing empowerment. I pride myself on being a compassionate instructor and I’m sensitive to the weekly/daily changes bodies go through, especially in a city as fast and furious as New York. My sessions are thoughtful, tough, and encouraging. I want each client I teach to leave class feeling energized, stretched and STRONG!
