Let’s face it… some of us hop off the treadmill after 10 minutes. Or are abhorred by the choice of music in spin class. For those folks that want to be their strongest, most badass self while finding a sense of mindfulness and focus my training can do just that! By prepping for each class and session with a goal of expressing compassion, patience, and challenge,  I want all my clients to leave class feeling better then when they came in…and definitely a little sweaty too. I am a huge proponent on waging war on our “technology posture” and do tons of shoulder and back work to help combat tightness and to discover and uphold proper posture. Whether you’re looking to get a killer workout, manage pain, or decompress from a stressful work week, I tailor your Pilates session to what your body needs every time. Not to mention I grew up with a Classical Pilates teacher for a Mom…so Pilates is in my blood!

Isabella was first introduced to Pilates at 13, when her Mother began the process of becoming a certified pilates instructor under Romana Kryzonowska, it wasn’t long after until Isabella caught the Pilates bug herself. Certified through Core Pilates NYC’s comprehensive training program, Isabella has found great joy in sharing her love ofPilates and the benefits it can bring to one’s life. Also a graduate of NYU Tisch school of the Arts, Isabella holds a BFA in drama and has performed in off-broadwayproductions at The Public Theatre and The Pearl Theatre Company in New York.  Isabella’s passion for Pilates has developed not only into physical strength, but also a sense of mindful balance and focus that is grounding in the hectic hustle of New York City life, which she hopes she can always impart to her clients as well.
