What kind of bagel and how do you prefer to “dress” it?

I prefer whole wheat, scooped and lightly toasted, with a bit of butter to taste.

What’s your favorite exercise to teach and do you have a special spin to it that you prefer?

My favorite exercise is teaser on the reformer. In my class you will see why!

I would like to do yoga in India with my hubby, travel on a safari in Africa with my family, and to drink water in Fiji with nature.

What’s the farthest point from the Core studio (or NYC) that you’ve done Pilates?

Tel Aviv is as far as I have scooped!

Discovering how to accomplish Horseback on the reformer by allowing the squeeze in my inner thighs to lift my upper body

Any type of class - having the privilege of seeing my students progress in their practice is very rewarding.

You will usually find me eating a BIG Friday dinner with family and friends.

Mad Libs - Pilates Style

Pilates Class Gone “Mad” – Core Mad Libs!

The first time I taught a group Pilates mat class, I felt like I was going to (expletive verb) bloody scream. I asked the (adj) magical class, if anybody was new to Pilates and they had all been taking class for (number) 7 years. After I found out how long the (adj) snobby class had done (adj) spicy Pilates, I had to throw my plan out the (adj) shiny door! Their Hundred looked like (noun) rings gone wild, and their Teaser was (adj ending in ing) exciting. (exclamation!) Amazing! Someone (verb) jumped which made the class go wild. (body part plural) Eyes were (verb ending in ing) diving like (animal) polar bears everywhere. And I only had (number) 77 seconds to get the class to Seal. You could see the sweat through my (article of clothing) underwear. In the end, my (adj) silly class left feeling (adj ending in er) skinnier, and I feel (positive emotion) superb to be a Pilates instructor. Sign up now for my (exclamation!) fantastic class.
