Eggs Benedict - thee most guilty brunch treat ever!

What’s your favorite exercise to teach and do you have a special spin to it to call your own?

Short Box Series, because for some strange reason all my clients hate it! So I love to tell them it's like being a kid and being forced to eat broccoli - you may not like it, but it's good for you!

What’s the farthest point from the Core studio (or NYC) that you’ve done Pilates?

Hawaii - the Big Island!

What’s your Pilates “a-ha” moment?

Well, I've had and continue to have many! But one particularly good one was when an old instructor of ours taught me semi-circle. She had my toukas down on the springs and then pressed against my knees for resistance while I tried to roll up out of the well. I finally understood why you take a stretch for your thighs after the exercise!

Two words that describe your teaching style?

Fun and thought-provoking

Favorite type of sessions or classes to teach and why?

Privates, because I love being able to tailor the session to the client's individual wants and needs.

Care to share any teaching blunders?

I have never, ever, EVER even come close to making any sort of mistake while teaching. How dare you suggest such a thing!

Confidence and positive energy

What is your signature fashion style?

HA HA HA HA HA!

Making lists, then systematically crossing things off of them as they're completed. Sometimes I write insignificant tasks down js so I can cross them off.

Where can we find you on any given Friday eve?

Watching [insert trashy reality TV show name here] and hanging out on the couch with my dog Sally.
