Well, I've had and continue to have many! But one particularly good one was when an old instructor of ours taught me semi-circle. She had my toukas down on the springs and then pressed against my knees for resistance while I tried to roll up out of the well. I finally understood why you take a stretch for your thighs after the exercise!
