Avoiding anything that has to do with cooking or food preparation.  Love to eat but the kitchen is not my domain.

What’s your favorite exercise to teach and do you have a special spin to it?

I don’t really have a favorite. But I love when I’m able to find a way to help someone understand something they didn’t understand before. How I do that usually depends on who I’m working with. Everyone learns differently. It’s cool when you tap into that.

Favorite type of sessions or classes to teach and why?

I enjoy teaching Tower classes so much! There is so much room for variety and creativity.

Care to share any teaching blunders?

After a long day of teaching I asked my students to do “rolling like a dog” instead of rolling like a ball. Strangely, some of them did it. Long days can make you a little loopy. Pacing is important.

It's a Friday eve. Where can you usually be found?

Chillin’ with friends
