My clients have been known to laugh, cry, and beg for mercy… and that’s just within the first five minutes of class. Yet in the end, most will finish the session feeling renewed, refreshed, and eager to return. With humor I instruct a challenging session with added attention paid to alignment and form. I have a knack for deepening the core connection while simultaneously burning the glutes and upper body. Folks say my classes are a “fabulous full-body experience.”
