Just two years ago, less than one million people tried the Zumba workout.

Zumba is a huge calorie burning workout (take note: 400 to 500 calories per 45-minute session) that combines Latin dance moves with resistance training, and embraces all fitness levels and even the most unseasoned salsa dancer. The music makes the steps easy to follow making it one of the most intense cardio blasts out there today.
